Established in 2006 HDS Hoses Australia is an Australian owned, Perth based, hose assembly and testing facility servicing the Mining, Marine, Oil and gas industries in the Australasian region. Supplying a range of certified hose assemblies to a number of major projects, conducting onsite visits and surveys, on and off site hose assembly and change outs. As an OEM supplier into the international mining and construction industries, HDS has built a solid reputation for quality and customer service. A specialist hose assembly manufacturer HDS provides a large range of hydraulic, industrial and offshore hose assemblies. Our NATA and ISO 9001 accredited facility has 4 hydraulic production lines, 9 test benches, and over 40,000m of hose on hand; providing fast turnaround with unequaled quality and service. Being a 24/7 assembly business HDS carries significant stock to cater for machine down assemblies required urgently around the country. HDS Hoses is approved by DNV-GL and Lloyds Register to assemble certified hose assemblies without the need for individual 3rd party hose witness testing- not only increasing efficiency, but testament to the quality of product and service offered. ABS assemblies up to 6" diameter also available. All assemblies that leave the HDS facility have been hydrostatic tested to manufacturer, industry or customer requirements, including MDG41, AS1180.5 / ISO1402. Additionally all hydraulic hose assemblies are cleaned, flushed, dried and capped or sealed in bags. Other preservation measures are undertaken where required. Based in Midvale, HDS’ central location allows for fast service in the Perth metro area, ideally located within close proximity to the major transport routes as well as both the Domestic and International airports.
