At the core, we are an AI-assisted human feedback system. AI prepares structured evaluations based on the interview, and interviewers validate them instead of starting from scratch. This ensures every candidate is assessed in a consistent, comparable way. The result is faster feedback, fewer delays, and hiring decisions teams can actually trust. HDI Platform works alongside existing ATS, turning them from tracking tools into decision systems. We’re building the operating system for structured hiring.
