HDD Group Information

The HDD Group is a young, dynamic and international company with the fitness branch in Europe as primary field. The HDD Group consists of four independent business units each with its own specialty. Les Mills is the agency for the Les Mills group fitness programmes. Studion is a supplier of qualitative group fitness materials, among which the Original Step and the Body Bike. SL!M is the training institute of the HDD Group for professional and successful management in the fitness branch. LAPT is the Personal Training concept that is only available through a network of qualitative fitness clubs. In coming years, the HDD Group will continue to show strong growth and will constantly keep moving. It can therefore not be ruled out that the organisation will develop new business units in the future that will also group under the name “HDD Group”. Presently, there are over 40 fanatical employees in employment of the HDD Group as well as a team of experts of more than 30 freelance trainers and consultants.
