HD Workforce Solutions Information

HD Workforce Solutions is an independent consulting and leadership development practice focused on creating equitable, inclusive, and people-centered workplaces. Founded by Dr. Holly Davis, an educator, researcher, and workforce strategist, the practice supports organizations that want to strengthen how they attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. I partner with corporations, nonprofits, and educational institutions on a project basis to design equity-informed strategies that improve hiring, retention, and leadership development. Core areas of support include: Inclusive hiring reviews and workforce equity assessments HR and policy design guidance Leadership development for emerging and experienced professionals Community-centered peer learning and coaching experiences One of the signature community initiatives supported through this work is The EmpowerHer Collective Jax, a peer learning circle for Black women professionals to connect, share experiences, and build leadership confidence. Through this and other equity-focused projects, HD Workforce Solutions helps individuals lead with authenticity and helps organizations build cultures where belonging is the norm. The vision is clear: a future of work where equity is expected, where talent is supported with intention, and where access to opportunity can transform careers and communities.
