HCW is a real estate development and property management company. Development: We have developed a diverse portfolio of over $2 billion in real estate over the last 30 years, of which we completed $93 million in 2016 and with $110 million in 2017. Our signature development is the $420 million mixed-use Branson Landing development. We build to own and sell opportunistically. Hospitality Management: We develop, own, and operate full-service, select service, and extended stay hotels. Our hotels operate under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Caesars flags. Our portfolio currently contains about 8,000 hotel rooms. Project Management: We own and operate over 6,000 multifamily and single family residences for rent, and over 500,000 square feet of retail property.
