HCP Group is an automotive advisory firm founded on a single conviction: that the most consequential advice comes from those who have carried the same responsibilities as the people they are advising. Founded because the right firm did not exist. HCP Group was established after its founding principals spent years observing a consistent gap in the advisory market: firms with deep theoretical knowledge but no operational experience, and firms with operational experience but no advisory discipline. Neither served the needs of the clients who needed them most. We were founded to close that gap - to bring the rigour of structured advisory together with the authority of operators who have run businesses of the scale and complexity our clients are managing today. Our focus is the Middle East automotive market and the family offices, boards and dealer group owners who operate within it. This is not a geographic convenience. It is a deliberate choice, made because we believe the opportunity - and the complexity - demands a dedicated, specialist presence.
