At HCLabs, we are passionate about workforce learning and believe that learning solutions change employee retention and productivity, improve corporate performance, increase safety, and ensure compliance with regulations. Our mission is to provide in-field solutions for your organization that integrate seamlessly with your existing enterprise learning solutions (e.g. LMS, LRS). HCLabs was founded by Platinum-Level SAP consultants who spent years deploying and customizing SAP/SuccessFactors Learning. After years of repeatedly addressing the same issues, solution gaps, and usability challenges, we knew there had to be a better way to address particular aspects of in-field learning. Our solutions are mobile-ready and pre-integrated with SAP/SuccessFactors/Workday.
