APP provides a specialised property service to over 25 financial planning and accounting firms, and to some 1500 mortgage brokers across the country. APP provides considered choices of well-located “off the plan” residential investment opportunities to investors, that are not generally accessible or available to the public. ★ HCAP Asset Management (HCAP) HCAP the investment manager/trustee of HCAP’s various Single Asset Trusts (SATs) SATs are short term single purpose investment funds that target 25% plus returns to investors. SAT’s invest in and share in residential development profits, alongside the sponsor developer of a development project.
