CleanSlate is a national leader in outpatient addiction medicine, specializing in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders, alongside comprehensive behavioral healthcare. Guided by compassion and a commitment to long-term recovery through harm reduction principles, CleanSlate also offers specialized services like Hep C screening and treatment, OUD pregnancy care, and fentanyl withdrawal management. With over 70 centers across the country, CleanSlate helped more than 35,000 people take steps toward recovery last year, achieving a 90% success rate of negative tests for illicit opioids among patients completing 12 weeks of care.
