We’re hoping you came here because you are a Director, President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Treasurer, Analyst or other associate of a community bank or similar type organization. We, Mo and Pat, have worked together for the last twenty years doing our best to help clients improve their ALCO process, educate their Boards, offer up a worthwhile strategy or two or just add some perspective to a problem they are working on. We formed HBP Analytics so that we could be part of your team for as long as you need us and help you do more of what you want to do. Years ago, one of our clients told us about the ways they tried to create a culture where all of their associates understood what a basis point meant to their bank. How each basis point saved on a million in deposits or earned on a million in loans was worth a hundred dollars to the bottom line. Over the years our conversations with clients expanded to how finding a hundred dollars in savings through operational efficiencies or earning a hundred dollars in fees equated back to that same basis point.
