HAZ Holdings, Inc. ("HAZ" or the "Company"), a Delaware corporation, is the holding Company for six limited liability companies ("LLCs") and one Canadian corporation, all of which either own, operate, manage, develop, renovate and reposition full- and mid-service hotels in North America under its own proprietary franchise brand names, "Hotel Monarchy & Suites" and "Monarchy Inn". The Company's portfolio currently consists of three Company-owned hotels: Hotel Monarchy Intercontinental Airport Hotel ("Hotel Monarchy IAH"), Houston TX is a 174-room full-service hotel located on a 6-acre lot, thirty seconds away from one of the largest international airport in the United States. Hotel Monarchy IAH has a full-service restaurant, "The Woods", which can seat 110 guests, a full service lounge, "RJ Lounge", which holds another 100 lounge guests and offers dancing, pool tables and a relaxing atmosphere for hotel and local guests to enjoy. Hotel Monarchy IAH has four conference rooms and can a hold total of 300 people for conferences, an Olympic size swimming pool, a tennis court, business centre, fitness room, along with other various amenities. Monarchy Inn & Suites in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is located in one of the fastest growing provinces in Canada. It consists of 30 suites and a 70-unit RV Park catering to budget minded guests, with occupancy at 90% for the suites throughout the year. It is located on a 4-acre parcel, approximately 7 minutes from downtown Edmonton and 5 minutes from the West Edmonton Mall, one of the largest malls in North America. It also contains a gas station. Hotel Monarchy Airport in San Antonio, Texas, a six-story, 203-room hotel situated on a 4-acre property, ten minutes from downtown San Antonio and eight minutes from San Antonio International Airport. It has 2 conference rooms, a business center, fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool. Amenities and services include a complimentary hot breakfast served every morning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee in each room. The complex has a Denny's restaurant that can accommodate our guests. The hotel is managed by Nationwide Hotel Management, a wholly-owned company of HAZ. The Company plans to pursue additional growth opportunities in both the United Sates and Canada by continuing to acquire and develop hotel properties under the brand "Hotel Monarchy". Additional growth opportunities will arise from franchising the "Hotel Monarchy" proprietary brand to independent hotel owners.
