Haystack Hunters is a modern recruiting firm purpose-built for startups in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), and e-commerce enablement. We leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, intelligent screening workflows, and founder-led strategy to help high-growth companies hire game-changing talent across go-to-market, operations, and supply chain functions. Our model isn’t built for volume — we intentionally take on only a few searches at a time, allowing us to prioritize quality, speed, and alignment over scale. No bloated spreadsheets. No resume blasts. Just sharp, tech-enabled search that gets results. When the stakes are high and the right hire seems impossible, we find the needle.
