Independent TV station Hayat, nowadays Hayat TV, started operating in 1992. Since its inception in May 1991 Hayat TV conquered media space in BiH through its continuous work, managing to become the best known TV brand. Its first program content was aired on February 24, 1992. During all these years our aim was to be professional, objective and always act in the interest of our viewers. Today, Hayat has the richest in-house production among all TV stations in the country. We are continuously investing in the in-house production, and with every new show we are setting new standards in BiH. Modern, attractive and artistically complex – these are the guidelines we stick to when deciding on visual identity of our channels, and without any doubt, Hayat is today visually the best known BH TV station. Nowadays, Hayat airs it content via six channels: Hayat HD, Hayat TV, Hayat PLUS, Hayat MUSIC, Hayat FOLK, while we are specially proud of the first BH childrens' channel – HAYATOVCI – which is, actually, the only children's TV channel in our language. All these channels can be viewed via satellite in the Hayat package, and via cable and iptv operators. Worldwide. In 2003, Hayat TV was awarded the 6th April Award for its work and contribution to the community, and in 1996, 1997, 1998, and 2000 it was declared the best TV station in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Expert Jury of the Association of BH Journalists.
