Haverkamp Group Information

The Haverkamp Group is a collection of companies focused on real estate construction, development, and management. The company was formerly known as Insite Development. In 2000, Insite began building properties in Ames, IA and has since grown to Des Moines and surrounding suburbs. Building over 2000 apartment units in Central Iowa, Haverkamp Group started out in student properties and has moved into the conventional and senior markets. While multi-family construction continues to be the focus of our company, we have also built several other commercial and residential projects including small retail multi-tenant buildings, vehicle repair shops, and convenience stores. In 2019, Haverkamp Group formed a partnership with Practic Design to offer a complete design and build construction service.
