This is why we offer our own 10 year limited home warranty on all of our homes, something that other building companies do not offer. Although we encourage you to fully review the entire warranty, the primary benefits are (i) 10 years of surety coverage against qualified structural defects on load-bearing components; (ii) 2 years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping and ductwork; and (iii) 1 year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.
