We exist to invigorate the pursuit of the American dream by unlocking the value of attainable homeownership for homebuyers, and creating new opportunities and liquidity for investors in the oldest & largest asset class: the home. Homebuyer Site: www.myhavenx.com Investor Site: www.haven-x.com Shockingly, over $500 billion in mortgages are denied annually to people with good income and good credit, due to not meeting lenders’ requirements: too high a Debt-to-Income Ratio and/or an insufficient down payment amount. We have created a consumer product that solves for both. It is our passion to make a real impact on the ability of everyday people pursuing the American dream – to help more consumers realize their financial goals and benefit from all the joys of owning their homes. With Haven as the homeowner’s partner, a homeowner takes out less of a loan – likely at a better interest rate. Monthly mortgage payments (principal & interest) will be less, avoiding costly monthly payments for Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). Homeowners are responsible for their mortgage payments and property taxes, and the general maintenance/upkeep of their property. In the process of creating a much-needed consumer offering, we discovered that the investor market is severely underserved. Simply put, there is no way for investors to passively & efficiently invest in real estate – and in a diversified manner. We are building the HavenX product to serve investors’ needs. In the interim, we are launching a fund to begin making direct equity investments into a pool of homes in Southern California, purchased alongside qualified homebuyers for an attractive portion of the upside. We are a haven to both the homebuyer and (X) the investor. We are recruiting for a number of positions in product, engineering, data science, strategic partnerships, and business development.
