Hatypo Studio Information

Hatypo Studio is a UI/UX design and development studio based in Surakarta, Indonesia, that designs and builds digital products for software companies worldwide. Founded in 2021, the studio runs strategy, interface design, and development as one team, so a product moves from decision to shipped interface without being handed between vendors. We work with founders and product teams in SaaS, AI, and fintech, from seed stage through growth, usually at the point where a product already has real users but the interface has stopped keeping up with them. Most clients come to us with something already built: an internal tool that outgrew its first version, a dashboard engineers designed under deadline, an app that converts poorly for reasons nobody has isolated yet. We work asynchronously across time zones and deliver in English, and we have run projects with teams in North America, Europe, Australia, and across Asia. Three problems come up most often. Products that are technically capable but hard to learn. Interfaces that look finished but do not survive a new user's first ten minutes. And design work that stalls at handoff because whoever made the file was never responsible for shipping it. We start from the decision behind the screen, who the user is and what they are trying to finish, and let the interface follow from there.
