In order to assure on time delivery, FedEx and UPS require a complete and correct physical address, therefore, double check your shipping address for accuracy. FedEx and UPS will not ship to a PO Box. UPS and FedEx charge additional fees for minor address errors and/or changes including zip code, apartment number; or if the recipient is requesting delivery to an address other than the one originally specified. If desired merchandise/hat is no longer available, unless Hats On Us is responsible for the error, the Customer will be liable for the additional shipping charge incurred.
