We are not a nursery. We are early years development specialists. The years between birth and five are the most significant period of neurological, emotional and cognitive growth a child will ever experience. At Hatching Dragons, we have built everything — our curriculum, our environments, our family partnerships, our daily rhythms — around that single truth. Our Development Framework together with a '3C curriculum' places Culture, Character and Cognition at the heart of everything we do. Children learn languages alongside English through structured daily language sessions. Every Thursday is World Food Day — a new country, its culture, its flavours, prepared fresh by our head chef. Our enrichment partners include Molly's Mindfulness, Sporty Minis and Lucy Sparkles. And our landmark partnership with UCL and the Anna Freud Centre brings clinically grounded mental health support to our staff, children and families. We work across three developmental stages — Hatchlings (0–2), Littlewings (2–3), and Voyagers (3–5) — each purposefully designed around where a child is, and deliberately preparing them for where they are going next. We are also a great place to work.
