Launch Factory is a startup studio based in San Diego, California with a unique pathway for launching successful companies. We bring together talented founders, elite advisors, seed capital, vetted market opportunities, and an accelerator program to give entrepreneurs the unfair advantage to launch great startups. Our mission is to deliver new levels of startup success for our founders and investors.

We are a small team of designers, developers, researchers and business innovators who build clever ways to quickly make sense of large amounts of text. We began in 1981 developing social science computing programs and services for researchers and educators. Over the last quarter of a century, we've established an international reputation for innovative products, quality services, a social conscience, and integrity. We work hard to make sure the projects we work on are socially responsible, innovative and interesting. For example, our programs and services played a central role in projects to help managers in a Fortune 50 company respond to employee concerns, analyze social trends in world media, help peers prevent suicide attempts, and permit instructors to incorporate more writing and critical thinking into their classes.
