Hi My Name is Carly, I am a wordpress website designer and run a successful small company offering design,maintenance,hosting and more. I started Hatched Designs 10 years ago shortly after my second child was born. I have two children Noah who just turned 12 and Ava is 10, although if you ask her she is turning 11 somehow we have missed 10 completely. We have a pug named Bob, we rescued bob when he was one and at the time his name was GiGi I think thats why he needed rescuing, what a name, that was not going to fly with us so straight BOB it is. Hatched Designs started out as just a way to bring in a second income but it quickly became a passion and I loved creating websites for people. I work from home and I love that I have this opportunity, given it does have its challenges I feel blessed to have the flexibility. Life is busy and life is full. I had always liked to draw growing up and website design is now an outlet for my creativity. Fun fact I was absolutely hopeless with computers in highschool, they frustrated me and would simply just shut down when I tried to use them, for example I was in computing and my computer froze and turned off and then all of a sudden the entire classes computers turned off whoops it wasnt me! and now here I am on them every day. I started off using wix, drag and drop easy I then took up the challenge of wordpress and have learnt so much along the way, I can now comfortably code and I am hoping to soon share the skills I have learnt with you by means of wordpress courses. I design websites in wordpress and I also offer wordpress care plans so you know your website is always taken care of.
