Hatch AI Solutions designs, builds, and deploys AI agents that automate real business workflows — not just chatbots that answer FAQs. We work across the full pipeline: understanding a client's process, architecting the right agent logic, integrating with tools like WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, and internal databases, and deploying systems that run in production, not just in a demo. Our flagship build is a WhatsApp-based client intake agent developed for BigImage Expo, an international exhibition stand design and fabrication company — the agent qualifies leads, matches them to service templates, and manages conversation flow end-to-end using Claude's API. We're currently expanding into new verticals including tax advisory (Enrolled Agents) and medical billing, applying the same approach: understand the workflow, then build the agent around it. Based in Pakistan, serving clients internationally.
