HAT Projects plan, design and build, helping clients and community groups initiate and achieve ambitious project ideas, co-creating masterplans and strategies, and developing our own projects. We have delivered award-winning workspace, cultural and housing projects across the country, as well as masterplans, design guidance and participatory planning. We have particular experience in the adaptive reuse of listed buildings, creative solutions to tricky sites and tight budgets, and sustainable design. We work for landowners, local authorities, developers, charities and community groups.
