Established in 2012. Haslam Law seeks to provide the highest level of service in Estate Planning Law. We can customize and create a new trust or will, review and update your existing estate documents, or help administer a trust after the fact. We pride ourselves in drafting the most durable and reliable estate planning documents. We take the time to establish long term relationships so that we can continually review and update your estate plan. We also provide a membership service to our clients that allows them to receive additional access to legal advise and help outside of estate planning. Our clients love it! The founder, Michael Haslam, created the law firm after he saw the extreme need for estate planning in the health and hospice company that he owned. He saw individuals who thought they would be covered in the event of a death in the family that ended up in an even worse place. He saw the state tax up to 40% of some estates after over a year and a half of probate. He wanted to change that. So he created Haslam Law to better serve clients. He works everyone from young families to senior citizens, because he knows the importance of having a plan in place. The business has been rapidly expanding and hiring new help because of the demand for the services. He expects it to continue to grow.
