We aim to increase awareness of, reduce the stigma towards and try to reduce mental health suffering through our 12-week course of weekly hour-long facilitated #Me Meetings that are led by 2 trained voluntary facilitators. This is a valuable opportunity to incorporate friendly, face to face interaction regularly into your life and receive practical support and resources that improve self awareness and help develop emotional resilience. #Me can best be described as the middle ground between chatting to your closest friends who perhaps can't relate and professional help which can be daunting, costly and inaccessible.
