Through Harvis Finance, we partner with local and global investors via mandates and managed funds to originate and execute structured credit investments. We invest across the capital structure and focus on commercial real estate opportunities across Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial, Infrastructure and Agricultural assets and developments. Through Harvis Advisers, we provide independent corporate finance advice to companies and project sponsors, primarily across mining and mining-adjacent sectors. Our work spans domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, special situations and restructurings, trade sales and divestitures, takeover defence, and joint venture and farm-in agreements. The team maintains deep relationships with strategic and financial capital providers, enabling us to support clients with both rigorous advice and access to trusted capital.
