In 2012 such an opportunity came. The chance to start his own company, to recruit and lead a sales team of his own while operating under the established banner of a global real estate franchise. In a market that was still recovering from the devastating effects of the Global Financial Crisis Jim's sales team thrived for nearly two years. It was time for Jim's life-long dream to come true. It was time to expand to new premises with a new trading name. With the full support of his award winning team Jim negotiated the transfer across to HART's Real Estate.
