Hart Engineering, LLC was established in 2007 by Paula M. Hart, P.E., LEED AP. Hart Engineering provides civil engineering services to developers, architects, and public agencies in the area of site development, utility and sewer design, transportation design, and asset management. With team members licensed in multiple states across the country and a talented and growing workforce, Hart Engineering has the capacity to undertake contracts of all sizes in both the public and private sectors. Hart Engineering is WBE certified.
