Harrison Engineering Inc. specializes in providing municipal engineering services to Cities in the East and North SF Bay area. Since all of our clients are municipal agencies, we stay focused on “Engineering for Public Works.” HEI's predominant work is the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (Bid Documents) for Capital Improvement Projects, which usually include several Federal Aid Projects annually. We work collaboratively as a team with our clients and our associate subconsultants to deliver quality bid documents in a timely and cost effective manner.
