Harness Collective is a commercial real estate and business consulting firm created to expand the potential of brick and mortar business. Currently working on a $3.9M commercial real estate project, The Vitrolite. Originally built in 1926 as a showroom for the Vitrolite Glass Company, the 18,000-square-foot building was purchased in 2022 by Harness Collective to become a neighborhood space for local makers, professionals and families. Building updates and renovations honor the history of the space while pushing it into a bold new direction.
