Harmonywave Information

Harmonywave is a cloud computing company that offers compute units. Harmonywave’s services include, but are not limited to: Metal as a Service (MaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). While the company mostly focuses on IaaS and PaaS, it is not limited to these domains. The company offers compute units using a technology called containerization. Software that provides this technology continues to grow as the industry grows. This software includes LXC, Solaris Zones, and Microsoft Containers. These containers are provided to customers in the form of compute units. A compute unit is a unit of processing provided by a host system to a guest system. The guest system also includes memory and network resources (also provided by the host). Disk resources are provided by the host and/or external systems.
