Online retail marketing featuring home and personal organizational products.

The Home Edit was founded in 2015 by Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin with the goal of reinventing traditional organizing and merging it with design. Today, it has grown into a global home and lifestyle company with a social following of 9 million people and organizing teams across the country. The Home Edit has become a household name with three New York Times’ bestselling books, a successful line of organizational products sold in stores in over 31 countries, and an Emmy-nominated Netflix show. Clea and Joanna are currently the hosts of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, airing on ABC and streaming on Hulu. In 2022, Hello Sunshine, a division of Candle Media, acquired The Home Edit.

SH Companies is a group of operating businesses focused on improving the speed, cost, and reliability of wood-frame construction through integrated design and offsite manufacturing. We operate three connected companies: Rigid Component Systems | Colorado's oldest independent truss manufacturer (operating from Longmont since 1974). Roof trusses, floor trusses, floor panels, wall panels, and stairs for residential and multifamily projects across the state. Simple Homes Studio | Architectural design aligned with how projects actually get built. Optimized for efficient construction, whether in the factory or in the field. SH Framing Solutions | Panelized field installation for select multifamily projects. Focused crews delivering speed, precision, and consistency on-site. Together, we serve builders, developers, GCs, and architects across Colorado giving them factory-built precision from design through delivery.
