At Calm Waters Holistic Healing, LLC, I help clients slow down and reconnect to themselves, creating space to live the authentic life they’re meant to live. I’m Nancy Lishack, founder of Calm Waters Holistic Healing. I’m a holistic practitioner with a mind-body therapy approach. I work with clients of all backgrounds who feel any level of discontent and question if there is more to life. We can work together to help you get to know yourself at a deeper level, unfold what no longer serves you, challenge limiting beliefs, and heal within so you can find the rich and meaningful life you deserve to live. Years of intensive training in mind-body therapy lends itself to my business and has helped me to create a compassionate and comprehensive therapeutic approach for clients using mindfulness, breath work, energy healing, body-oriented techniques, self-care practices and interventions for stress management and stress reduction. Additionally, Calm Waters Holistic Healing specializes in helping women and couples who struggle with infertility cope with the emotional aspects of infertility, allowing them to feel peaceful through their journey and increase their chances of becoming pregnant.
