Harford County Board of Elections Information

It is the mission of the Harford County Board of Elections to administer and conduct fair and impartial elections for Harford County and its municipalities; to educate the citizens about the voter registration and election processes; encourage eligible voters to register and participate in the process; ensure that voter registration and election processes are accessible and convenient for all voters; to maintain the integrity of the voter rolls and the election process by adhering to the constitutions, statutes and regulations of the United States and the State of Maryland; and that all services conform to the policies and procedures established by the Maryland State Board of Elections.
