Established in 2017 by Joe Hardy, the visionary founder of 84 Lumber and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Hardy World was created to add value to existing real estate and develop new assets across the United States spanning a variety of real estate classes. Hardy World's current real estate holdings range from land assets that will be held long-term to condominium developments that will be sold while projects are being developed.
