Metal fabrication has the capability to meet low-volume, customized production needs including prototyping services. Our CNC press brake can meet tight tolerances and a range of bends with customized tooling designed, built and tested in-house. Secondary services, from robotic welding to assembly, allow for completion of metal parts at a cost-savings. Our services also include die maintenance that provides preventative services to production tooling utilized in Ultra's presses and contract tooling for OEM's. With a full staff of experienced toolmakers we provide quick turnarounds; and can readily evaluate tooling die issues and customize solutions to fit cost and scheduling needs.
