HARBOR RECUPERATIVE CARE LLC Information

The HRC provides Intensive Case Management and Housing Location services for its residents. The HRC also provides three (3) meals a day, seven (7) days a week for homeless residents through partnership with our commercial catering kitchen. HRC residents are connected to mental health and medical services through clinic partner, San Fernando Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The aim of the HRC is to assist recently discharged individuals in their recovery by providing shelter, housing-focused case management, and dietary health. Harbor Recuperative Care (HRC) is located in Mission Hills, CA. The HRC offers 30 beds of shelter for injured or ill homeless individuals nearing release from hospitals.
