We are a team of passionate, trauma-informed therapists who provide counselling and psychology services for a range of mental health conditions and life issues. We have a special interest in EMDR Therapy for the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We offer services for adults, kids, teenagers, couples and families in Croydon in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are proud to be at the forefront of EMDR Therapy and offer traditional, intensive and group EMDR Therapy. Our name, Mindful Living, reflects our commitment to helping people live mindful, fulfilling and purposeful lives. The Studio Vino paint and sip experience is a fun and unique way to uncork your creativity. Painting or creative experience is not required, anyone can do it! Paint, canvas and brushes are provided as well as an experienced instructor who leads the group step by step through the process.
