Hapimag AG was founded in 1963 as an economically attractive and ecologically sensible alternative to owning a holiday home. Instead of a single holiday home in one location, we share 56 holiday resorts with over 5,000 holiday apartments in popular destinations across Europe – by the sea, in the mountains, or in cities. As a sharing community, together with our shareholders, we take on economic, social, and ecological responsibility. In the 2024 financial year, we welcomed 441,903 guests to our resorts and recorded a total of 2.6 million overnight stays.
