Hanoi Kitchen Information

Hanoi Kitchen is a small but well established family-run street food business offering Vietnamese classics and Asian fusion dishes. We trade at major events and festivals like Chelsea Flower Show, Secret Cinema, Glastonbury, Goodwood festival of speed, F1 amongst others and work with event organisers such as Kerb, Compass, Feast It, Central Fusion and others. We excel at high volume and high quality events and often surprise the organisers with our ability to market Vietnamese dishes to the masses reaching same sales targets as burgers and pizza. Our latest venture ‘Zest by Hanoi Kitchen’ at Shelter Hall food hall in Brighton has received recognition from Grace Dent and been hugely successful.
