I would like to introduce you to Hanes Construction. We are a General Contracting & Construction Management company servicing the Southern California area. Our company started primarily in the construction and renovation of private residential housing. We have diversified and grown since then and have included the public sector. Our company's philosophy of teamwork, integrity, concern for quality and service to our clients is a belief that has carried through since the beginning and is the success of what Hanes Construction is today. Through hands-on management and the continuing reinvesting of resources, we have been able to satisfy clients and achieve profitable success. In the role of Construction Manager, Hanes Construction serves as the Owner's representative in dealing with all phases of the project. We begin by working with the architect on value engineering, plans and specifications, cost estimating and scheduling. We manage the bid process including qualifying all bidders, preparing the bid documents and evaluating the bids received. During construction, we supervise all work with a project manager and on-site superintendent. We administer all contracts, prepare and track billings and maintain detailed cost accounting records. In short we ensure the owner receives a quality project on-time, within budget, without the headaches of administering the process themselves. We strive to be progressive and innovative, constantly seeking new challenges and staying abreast of the latest technology, but first and foremost staying attuned to the needs of our clients. Work is completed in a timely manor by qualified personnel who realize that the construction process is demanding on everyone involved.
