Hanergy Solar Group Limited, formerly known as "Apollo Solar Energy Technology Holdings Limited", is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the company name was changed to Hanergy Solar Group Limited in January 2013. Hanergy Solar offer field proven integrated solutions for large-scale thin-film solar cell production systems. Hanergy Solar is one of the providers of equipment production and integrated solutions for world-class thin-film solar PV modules. Hanergy Solar is actively seeking investment opportunities in downstream solar projects, and moving towards the global photovoltaic power generation market. The solar photovoltaic module production equipment and turnkey solutions offered by us include: ¡¤Unique plasma enhanced chemical vapor depositor ("PECVD") for the deposition of photovoltaic layers; ¡¤Unique magnetron sputtering devices for deposition of conductive electrode layers; ¡¤Automated turnkey solutions with a complete and fully integrated manufacturing system for thin-film photovoltaic modules. We work together with world-class suppliers such as AE, EDWARDS, Rofin, OERLIKON, MKS, among others to produce sophisticated products. Advanced technology, excellent research and development, rich materials reserves, first-class technical support and services, and strict production quality control, have collectively enabled the production of technologically advanced solar cells to the benefit of the world. We have a global presence with worldwide employees, at present, we have a full-range research and development teams comprising of equipment and manufacturing research and development team based in Beijing, a technology research and development team based in Chengdu and a silicon-based research and development team in Tianjin. We provide global customer support and training through sales and service centers in the Mainland China and Hong Kong. Armed with a portfolio of cutting-edge patents, with patent technology focusing on deposition equipment, we have the world's largest chemical vapour deposition equipment. The removable reaction box is capable of processing 72 pieces of substrates with a combined surface area of approximately 57 square meters.
