Handstand Pro is an iPhone app that teaches you to hold a handstand, from your first hold against the wall to a freestanding balance. It works like a language app, for one skill. Five questions place you on a skill tree. Each step has short guided sessions of 10 to 15 minutes, timer included, and ends with a test, like holding 30 seconds chest to wall or landing a clean cartwheel bail. Pass it and the next step opens. More than 90 exercises, each with its own video and coaching cues, are sorted by level, so you never get ahead of your shoulders or your wrists. The timer keeps your records, and a missed day is never held against you. The method takes sides. You face the wall instead of putting your back to it, because that is where the banana back gets trained in. You learn to come down safely before you learn to kick up, since fear of falling goes away once you know the way out. And when your back arches upside down, the app works on your shoulders first. Handstand Pro is built by Stéphane Perrin. He did six years of gymnastics as a kid, where a handstand was a 3 to 5 second transition and nothing more. In February 2023, at 36, he held a full minute with his feet together, then stopped for three years. He started again in June 2026, at 40 and 5 kg heavier, following the app's own program, and beat that record in about five months. He trains with the app at every session, and his practice decides how the product works, down to the timers. Available in English, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Free 7-day trial on the monthly and yearly plans, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Free guides and the full method: http://learn.handstandpro.app The app: http://www.handstandpro.app
