HandsFree Networks provides the infrastructure for truly pro-active and cost-effective technical support. HandsFree Networks' Automated Support Infrastructure (ASI) is network independent. It automatically resolves problems that occur on any system networked or standalone, client or sever, desktop or mobile. And fixes the rest interacting pro-actively with a network accessible support center. In a typical end-user installation, a copy of the ASI client, relatively small, with minimal impact on performance, is installed on each supported system together with a database of automated solutions and procedures stored as executable code. As the ASI client detects a problem, it retrieves its solution from the database, if one is available, and executes it automatically, or under the supervision of the support provider.
