Pure Indulgence was founded in 1990 to provide a high quality beauty therapy salon experience. Today, Pure Indulgence remains a family owned company, and operates in 12 salon locations across South East Queensland. We currently employ over 150 team members. Pure Indulgence’s philosophy embraces client care as paramount and every effort is made by our fully qualified beauty therapists to ensure exceptional treatment standards are experienced by every client, every time. This attention to detail ensures our clients have an enjoyable, relaxing experience from our massage, facial and pedicures through to our waxing and tinting treatments. OUR TRAINING Our beauty therapists at Pure Indulgence are trained to a significantly higher standard than the vast majority of beauty salons in Australia. Our in house training program take our therapists further forward in technical knowledge, practical application and in the crucial area of client service to give our clients the most effective advice and beauty treatments available. With strong management structures in place within the salons and Head office we are ensuring that Pure Indulgence continues to grow and prosper and to lead the way in standards of not only treatments but customer service within our industry. In September 2002 Simon and Tracy set up Refresh Body Therapies. Then in 2006 they changed the business name to Refresh Day Spa and Remedial Clinic. Then in 2010 they moved from Wills Street to 90 Garsed Street, progressing to the well-known Refresh Day Spa. We (Simon and Tracy) met at Hepburn Springs Spa Resort and after a year of working together decided to go into business, get married and start a family. In the beginning, we concentrated on massage therapies, soon after incorporating day spa and beauty therapy treatments with a focus on pampering, and a little waxing. As time has gone by, we have moved with industry needs and trends, now offering many more treatment options including Hydradermabrasion, LED, IPL and SHR hair removal and an Infrared sauna. In March 2010, we relocated to our current home at 90 Garsed St, Bendigo. The beautiful old building provides six treatment rooms (two with dual massage therapy beds), spray tan room and an Infrared Sauna room. We have the flexibility to tailor treatments to our clients and provide maximum availability. Our Remedial Massage therapies are still popular and highly sought after, and we are proud to have some very talented massage therapists working with us, who are dedicated to improving any muscular condition. We also support referrals to and from other Health Professionals when necessary, always to ensure the best health outcomes for our clients. We love what we do and look forward to treating you soon.
