Handoff Information

Across years of client work at @Convertiv, we noticed the same pattern. The technology wasn't the hardest part. The challenge was preserving the decisions behind it. Why did this component exist? Why was this architecture chosen? Why did this workflow become the standard? As AI became part of the software development process, those questions only became more important. Code became easier to generate. Context became harder to preserve. We built Handoff to solve that problem. Not as a commercial product, but as an open source project born from the work we do every day. We've always believed the best ideas aren't created in isolation. They're challenged, improved, and shaped by a community of builders. Handoff is our contribution to that community.
