Hos Bravo Tours drømmer vi om sol og feriedage året rundt. Vi gør hver dag vores ypperste for at opfylde hver eneste gæsts rejsedrømme. Bravo Tours blev stiftet i 1998 af Peder Hornshøj, som stadig er administrerende direktør. Peder stiftede Bravo Tours, fordi han mente, servicen var ved at forsvinde fra mange danske rejsearrangører. Virksomhedens succes skulle i lige så høj grad måles på gæsterne tilfredshed og ferieglæde, som den skulle måles på profit. Sådan er det stadig i dag. Hos Bravo Tours har vi ét bærende løfte til alle vores gæster: Vi er med jer hele vejen. Det er vi selvfølgelig fysisk på rejsemålet, hvor gæsterne som det første bliver mødt af vores dansktalende rejseledere. De hjælper med stort og småt under rejsen: Fra inspiration til oplevelser, rådgivning om praktiske forhold til en støttende hånd, hvis der bliver brug for det. Men ”hele vejen” starter i virkeligheden længe inden, de sætter sig ombord på flyet. Vi er med dem, når feriedrømmene starter, når de ringer eller besøger os i vores butik og får personlig rådgivning af vores rejsekonsulenter.
