H.A.N.D. (Helping the Aging, Needy and Disabled, Inc.) has been providing attendant services since 1972. We incorporated as a nonprofit agency in 1976 and are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide Personal Assistant services. Our Vision Communities where all individuals are empowered and supported, with what they need, when they need it, to live with dignity and choice. Our Mission Providing exceptional, innovative care and support for those who need assistance with daily living, while inspiring others to do the same.
