Bristol Zoological Society is a conservation and education charity which owns and operates Bristol Zoo Project. We lead ground-breaking conservation and research projects spanning five continents across the world. With nearly a quarter of all mammal species and a third of amphibians threatened with extinction, there’s an urgent need to safeguard our wildlife. Apenheul is het leukste dagje uit tussen de apen! In ons prachtige, groene park op de Veluwe ontdek je bijna 300 apen. Daarvan loopt ongeveer de helft zelfs los tussen de bezoekers. Maar Apenheul is méér dan een leuk dagje uit. Wereldwijd zetten we ons in voor apen en hun soortgenoten in het wild. Met het Apenheul Natuurbehoudfonds steunen we verschillende projecten om de apen en hun leefgebieden wereldwijd te beschermen. Bezoek je Apenheul, dan draag je hier automatisch aan bij. Een win-win-situatie dus! Aan de rand van Apenheul ligt De St@art: één van de meest duurzame congreslocaties van Nederland. Hier vinden jaarlijks zo’n 300 evenementen, congressen en familiefeesten plaats. Daarnaast vind je middenin Apenheul evenementenlocatie Kambizuri: sfeervolle lodges met uitzicht op het gorilla-eiland. Onze zakelijke locaties zijn het hele jaar open (op afspraak). We zien je graag tussen de apen!
