Jeff and I began working in the residential real estate business in 2005 and have spent our entire career working exclusively by referral. We work with buyers and sellers of single family homes and condos/townhomes throughout the Portland Metro Area. During our career, we spent several years working in Portland's Pearl District and Downtown Neighborhoods focusing on buying and selling urban condos. We have been involved in condo associations and served on HOA boards which led to our understanding of building and neighborhood associations. Real estate transactions can be complicated.
